Raspberry, Ginger, Lemon and Pepper Drink that Thinns Blood and Cleansing the Colon

Admin

"Liquid" blood and clean intestines are the guarantee of health! Let's make a drink that will both cleanse the intestines and lower the viscosity of the blood. Let's take two hares at once and we'll be healthy!

Ingredients:

1. Ginger root - 1x1 cm (resembles an intestine in shape and is a "specialist" for working with this organ)

2. Lemon - 2 wedges (stimulates the liver)

3. Raspberries - 3 tablespoons of berries (natural aspirin, good for blood thinners and weakens)

4. Hot red pepper ground - on the tip of a knife (activates intestinal motility)

5. Water - 1 cup (as thinner)

Preparation

We take ginger and lemon, wash, peel, immerse in a blender container, add raspberries (it is best to take fresh, raspberry jam is not suitable), sprinkle pepper, pour warm water.

In general, in the heat, of course, you want something cold, so you can pour water and cooler, but actually hot water works even better because it is faster enters the blood). The advantage of this drink is that it can be made as a warming cocktail in winter and cool in summer.

Then we twist for about a minute until a pink liquid is obtained. We filter through a strainer with large holes and the cleansing drink is ready! (it is drunk in the morning with sunrise after a glass of warm water).

Have a great summer day, dear friends! :)
