For an experienced culinary specialist, baking a charlotte with apples and cinnamon is not difficult, because he knows many secrets of its creation, but those who are just learning the basics of culinary art will make many mistakes, which will make the cake flat, overwhelming and bitter. To prevent this from happening, cook pastries according to the steps of this recipe, and you can treat your family with a porous and airy dessert literally in 40-50 minutes!

Ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.

Salt - 3 pinches

Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp

Apples - 3 pcs.

Vegetable oil for lubricating the mold

Preparation:

1. Prepare food. Weight is indicated for a 20 cm mold.

2. Try to choose apples of sweet and sour varieties so that the slight acidity emphasizes the taste of the baked goods. Be sure to peel them off, as they are treated with paraffin. And remember that the smaller the fruit slices are, the higher they will rise in the dough without staying at the very bottom.

3. Rinse medium-sized chicken eggs in water, pat dry with a paper towel and crush into a food processor bowl. Pour in salt and granulated sugar next to them. Whisk all ingredients at high speed for about 4-5 minutes until fluffy.

4. Sift premium wheat flour, pour it with ground cinnamon into the beaten egg mass. Stir in the free-flowing ingredients at minimum speed, turning everything into a biscuit dough. At this point, you can add citrus or alcoholic flavor if you wish.

5. Peel the apples, rinse them in water and cut into quarters, cutting out the seed pods immediately. Rinse the peeled pulp again and cut into small cubes.

6. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, pour the prepared biscuit dough into it.

7. Put the apple slices in it randomly - it will "sink", but that's how it should be. The dough will rise and expand during baking, drawing the apple pieces upward. Remember that you don't need to add baking powder or vinegar slaked baking soda. Place the mold in the oven.

8. Bake the cinnamon apple charlotte for about 25 minutes, observing the surface. As soon as it is well browned, turn off the heating, but do not open the appliance door. Leave the cake in it for another 10-15 minutes so that it does not fall off.

Then remove the charlotte from the oven and from the mold, cool, and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into portions and serve with drinks.
