New Year's hot chicken this year will be very relevant. Since 2019 is the year of the pig, by tradition, pork dishes should not be on the table, so chicken and other poultry will be just the way. Today I propose to you to bake chicken, in my opinion, this is the best way to prepare it for the New Year celebration, which will give not only excellent taste, but also a presentable appearance. The chicken will turn out to be simply gorgeous: outside there is a ruddy crust, inside - juicy and tender meat. What could be better?!

We will use the marinade with different notes - honey will add sweetness, spices and soy sauce will add piquancy to the chicken, lemon juice will add sourness. All components are perfectly "friends" with each other, so do not worry about the result.

Ingredients:

Chicken - 2 kg

Soy sauce - 50 ml

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Honey - 1 tablespoon

American mustard - 2 tsp

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Dry garlic - 0.5 tsp

Chicken spices - 2 tsp

Salt, pepper - to taste

Apples - 2 pcs.

Process description:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Rinse the chicken carcass and blot with paper towels, set aside for a while. In the choice of spices for the marinade, give preference to your loved ones. Choose apples of the "Simirenko" variety, these dense sweet and sour fruits are perfect.

2. Wash apples, cut, core. Cut the fruit into wedges.

3. Prepare a bowl or bowl for the marinade. Pour a serving of soy sauce into it.

4. Squeeze out lemon juice, add a little honey.

5. Add chicken spices, salt, pepper, dry garlic and other spices. Add a serving of sweet American mustard. Mix everything well, remove a sample. If necessary, adjust the marinade to taste.

6. Stuff the chicken carcass with apples.

7. Fasten with leather: just make a small incision and bring the legs together.

8. Grease the carcass with cooked marinade well on all sides. Leave to marinate for a few hours.

9. After a while, heat the oven to 180 degrees. Seal the chicken with foil and send to the oven. Bake for one hour, after a while, reduce the fire, remove the foil and cook for another 40 minutes. The meat should be watered with marinade every 10 minutes.

10. Serve the cooked stuffed chicken, marinated in the oven, to the table hot.
