Meatball soup will probably always be in place when the winter is long and will warm anyone at the table!
Ingredients: minced chicken, minced onion, onion for soup, celery, carrot, small potatoes, cabbage optional, cream 20%, herbs optional, salt and pepper
Cooking method:
Grind the onion in a blender and mix with minced chicken, I also added chopped greens. Don't forget to salt and pepper. Mince is ready.
We cut our vegetables and start frying the onion in a small amount of olive oil. Add dry garlic. As soon as the onion acquires a little golden color, add the chopped carrots and celery. As soon as the carrot becomes soft, add water and bring to a boil.
We begin to sculpt meatballs and so that they do not stick to your hands, you can moisten them with water and add them to our pan with vegetables. We check for salt and, if desired, you can add your favorite spices. Half an hour before serving, put chopped potatoes and thinly chopped cabbage into the soup. As soon as the potatoes are ready, turn off the fire.
Everything is ready! You can add cream and serve hot soup, I sprinkled a little dill on top!
