Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.
Just I want to congratulate all already past holiday - the Day of Russia!
And on this day, I have a statement.
From next Monday I start to experiment. Why Monday, although she constantly been saying that if you want to start - then start now and not wait for Monday? Because, in my opinion, it would be more honest for the purity of the experiment.
What kind of experiment, I ventured, to ask you, and why do I need this? I do not need at all.
But judging by the private posts and comments here on Zen, you are divided into 2 camps.
Some believe that at the moment, with my new weight, taking into account the already discarded kilograms and nutrition, calculated not on the limitations, but on the delicious and satisfying (it not least, otherwise all my work is crossed out, and fasting to lose weight will be in a different place, but not on okoloPP) - relieving about 400 grams a week, very well. Since many even smaller reset judging by the responses.
Others feel that I should give up the bread and breakfasts to change (that do not give you my peace sandwiches, though well over a year I lost weight on them), because I had supposedly ceased to lose weight and Topcu on the spot.
So, even the little I began to wonder if I really slows bread and my favorite sandwiches, which I did not give break for a year (as I have repeatedly told you. Allow yourself what you love, but perevidite is less high-calorie form and more useful).

In the meantime, my usual menu.
Breakfast consisted of two boiled eggs, a sandwich on whole grain homemade bread (30 g) with a squash caviar (also the home - 40 g). Green tea and Vitaminka and forth to work early in the morning. While drinking green tea, working on the computer, keenly felt the need for a piece of chocolate (15 g).
Breakfast came on 360 kcal.
Although today and festive day at the most, I work all day.
Undershot sorbet malinki with black currants (about 200 g). Frozen berries (130 g) and milk (60 g) was whipped mixer, added sweetener sachets, painfully sour without it, and 5 g of walnut sprinkled nuts. Delicious! snack on 125 kcal.
Before lunch time to go on business and on the way back ran into the store.
Here's how it always ends abruptly products? Remember what should be bought in advance and as a result do not buy. And when does it all ends still in the store to be found.
That's how I came with chicken today. Looked in the freezer - empty! Ran to the store - and it's empty! None upakovochki no chicken breast. And in a nearby store to buy really do not want the breast of chicken at a price of turkey (yes, I used to count the money, and not throw them).
So we'll have to cook for dinner tonight all the chicken thighs, including me. But there is nothing terrible, just a little more fat contains hip. I will arri fats that I pochem- it barely gets every day.
Generally propaganda variety of products excluded from the diet has done its job. Although now many adherents of rational nutrition still say that no banana or potatoes, or pasta or bread or the same chicken thighs will not harm us and our weight loss if all consumed in moderation and stowed in KBZHU. But most have already been laid in the head from which the ban does not help.

For lunch residues cheese with chicken soup (300 g) and vegetable salad tomato and cucumber - a total of 150 g of seasoned with 20 g of 10% cream. And a slice (25 g) of rye homemade wholemeal bread.
Total lunch turned 380 kcal.
Knowing that I still have enough spare calories, I did not drink tea after dinner, and left him for a snack. Because in my stash remained a piece of curd - apple strudel!
And get me a tasty snack cottage cheese and apple strudel (120 g) with green tea 120 kcal.
Why is that when you spend most of the day in the computer really want something to eat. The second snack does not hurt.
Dinner is simple, but delicious - baked in vegetable sauce chicken thigh (cut off the skin and all visible fat, VDE less in the final 100 g of meat) and vegetable salad (100g tomato, cucumber, 60 g), filled with 25 g of cream 10%.
Total dinner turned 220 kcal.
The day had accumulated 1205 kcal.
Today, there was little heat and water to drink somehow overlooked. The rate of falling short.
To warm up after a sedentary job, can you do the exercises in the evening, and of course do not forget about skin care.
