Pampushki with garlic 😋

Ingredients: Milk, Water, Dry Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Egg, Butter, Flour (may use more or less, look at the dough so that it does not stick to your hands), For garlic sauce:, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, greenery

Cooking method:

Combine slightly warm milk and water. Add yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar and 3 tbsp flour. We mix the steam. Leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.

Beat 2 eggs until light foam. Add the remaining sugar and salt and beat until thick foam.

Pour our egg mixture to the approached dough. Gently stir and add the sifted flour.

We mix the flour. Add softened butter and knead the dough well.

Cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 40 minutes

The increased dough, knead well and form small donuts. Put on a baking sheet and let stand 5 minutes.

In the oven for 30 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. (all ovens are different, bake until golden brown)

Cooking garlic sauce. We combine all the ingredients and let stand while the donuts are baked.

Top hot buns with sauce.
