Pork with mushrooms in a creamy sauce is an incredibly tasty, satisfying and very high-calorie dish. First of all, men will like it, especially after a long day of work. If you are not particularly afraid of extra calories, cook this dish for a family dinner sometime, it really is delicious. At the very least, rave reviews and love from your family will definitely be provided for you.
Ingredients:
Pork - 400 g
Onions - 50 g
Celery stalk - 30 g
Champignons - 200 g
Cream 20% - 150 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - 1 tablespoon
How to cook:
Prepare foods from the list. Peel the onion from the husk, wash with the celery, dry. Peel the champignons with a hard kitchen sponge, if this is completely difficult - remove the skin from the caps. The meat also needs to be washed and dried with paper towels.
Heat a small amount of lean refined oil in a skillet, add the chopped pork into it. Fry it on all sides until golden brown. Pour in a little water or vegetable broth, turn the heat down under the pan, cover and simmer the meat for about 25 minutes, until tender.
After a while, add onion chopped in half rings and chopped stalk celery to the pork in half rings. Cook everything together for another 5 minutes.
Then cut the champignons into slices, transfer to the pan, fry over low heat with pork for 5 minutes.
When the mushrooms start juicing, you can add a little salt and pepper to the dish.
Pour in the heavy cream immediately so that it covers all the ingredients well. Preheat the dish until boiling, immediately turn off the gas. Cover the pan with a lid and let the cooked meat brew for 10 minutes before serving.
