When there is absolutely no free time for cooking, a salad with melted cheese will help you out - it can be easily and quickly prepared in just 5 minutes. A dish is created from any seasonal vegetables, harmonious to taste with each other: tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc. Dressed not with mayonnaise or vegetable oil, but with soft melted cheese. Thanks to the presence of juice from tomatoes, the cheese mixes well and covers the dish with a thin layer, giving it a creamy flavor. This snack is perfect for a snack or dinner, especially if you are on a diet.

You can buy soft processed cheese in a tube or package with a dispenser at any supermarket or convenience store. Be sure to pay attention to the date of manufacture of the product and the expiration date.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 4 pcs.

Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.

Soft processed cheese - 80 g

Red onion - 1 pc. (small)

Salt and pepper to taste

Greens to taste

Prepare the food you need.

Rinse the tomatoes under running water and cut a green stalk from each. Cut in half and cut into medium cubes. Place the slices in a deep bowl.

Rinse the bell peppers in water, cut off the caps and remove the seeds inside. Rinse again, cut each peeled fruit into quarters and trim with ribbons. Add to tomatoes.

Peel the red onion, rinse, cut into small cubes or thin half rings and add to the rest of the vegetable slices.

You can use onions, green or leeks, pickled onions instead of red. If fresh cucumbers are available, then thoroughly rinse them from dust, remove thorns from the surface and chop in the same way as onions.

Add or squeeze soft processed cheese from a tube, salt and pepper the dish.

Wash the parsley, dill, or leafy celery. Grind it and add to the container. Stir gently from bottom to top until the released tomato juice combines with the melted cheese to form a creamy dressing.

Put the prepared salad into deep bowls / bowls and serve to the table, making sure that it does not "float". Garnish with fresh herbs or grain mustard.

Do not cook the dish for the future, it is served only immediately after cooking.
