An omelet prepared in this way has a fluffy and soft structure, reminiscent of a biscuit crumb, and a golden crust gives it an appetizing appearance. It can be served not only for breakfast, but also as a dessert, especially if you add powdered sugar, fresh berries or fruits. Recommend!
