Of course, this delicacy can hardly be called a cake. Rather, it is a cookie dessert for evening tea, because you need a minimum list of common ingredients and only 15 minutes to prepare it. Although, in the 90s, when it was difficult to buy a cake or it was simply too expensive, this "Anthill" was popular at many children's parties.

Now the choice of pastries is great, but nevertheless, this cake without baking does not cease to be popular with many hostesses, especially when it is necessary to cook quickly, tasty and simple!

Today is just that case! Cooking a quick and tasty Anthill cake from cookies with condensed milk.

Shortbread cookies - 500 grams.

Butter 82.5% - 200 grams

Condensed boiled milk - 380 grams

Walnuts - 1 glass

Poppy - 1 tbsp. l.

Prepare all the food you need. Cookies are suitable: "Sugar", "Baked milk", "Tea". Do not use crackers or too crumbly cookies in this dessert, after crushing we need tangible pieces, not sand or crumbs.

Pay special attention to the choice of butter, it must be of good quality, with a fat content of at least 82.5%, buy a proven one. The same applies to the choice of boiled condensed milk - choose a quality one. Fortunately, now the choice is great and the hostesses do not have to cook condensed milk for 3 hours, but you can buy ready-made.

Beforehand, about 1-2 hours in advance, remove the butter and boiled condensed milk from the refrigerator, they should be at room temperature.

Fry the walnuts in a dry frying pan for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. They can be replaced with others or eliminated altogether.

Cut the dessert into portions and invite everyone to the table. Anthill cake is very tasty to serve with coffeealthough with tea also good.

Bon Appetit!

Undoubtedly, this option is far from the classic "Anthill" cake made from shortcrust pastry, which must be frozen, and then minced, and only then baked. It's delicious, no doubt about it! But this dessert without baking with cookies is also good. Moreover, it is so easy to prepare that even a child can handle it.

The cake turns out to be quite hearty and high-calorie. Someone cooks it with sour cream and condensed milk without adding oil. However, this way it does not hold its shape at all when cutting, therefore, I think, without oil.

Enjoy cooking!

Peace to you and good!
