An appetizing snack for everyday snacks, buffets and a festive table is prepared very simply and quickly. It remains tasty even when cooled down, because of its small size it is convenient for one bite, it is combined with any alcohol, soda, juices and mineral water.

Ingredients:

Champignons - 7 pcs.

Hard cheese - 70 g

Bacon (lard) - 70 g

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Black pepper - to taste

Greens - for serving

To bake champignons with cheese and bacon in the oven, take the food listed. You will need fresh, elastic and strong mushrooms, without preliminary freezing, they are even eaten raw. Rinse each thoroughly, wipe off with a tissue or paper towel.

Since both bacon and cheese thoroughly salted, I do not salt the appetizer at all. Act according to your own preferences.

We only need hats, carefully tear off or cut off the legs.

We don't throw away the mushroom legs, we use it in any other dish with mushrooms: julienne, soups, pizza, pies, dumplings, stews. Can be packed and frozen.

Sprinkle the remaining caps from the inside with ground pepper and / or those spices that you like. Spicy herbs, dried garlic, suneli hops, oriental or Asian blends, etc.

Cut lard with a meat slot (bacon) into thin slices and put on the mushrooms.

Various meat products are suitable, including smoked meats with a strong aroma, dry-cured sausages, it is better if they contain fat - it is slightly heated, making the snack even more appetizing. Without such a layer of meat, it will come out dry (in the case of no fried onions, mayonnaise).

Cut hard cheese into slices of the same thickness as the bacon. Cover with the next layer, take one or even two cheese slices. Sometimes the cheese is rubbed, but the chunks do not crumble and the mushrooms remain neat.

We cover a baking sheet or some heat-resistant form with parchment, generously grease with vegetable oil. We transfer the workpieces, keeping a small distance.

We bake the mushrooms in the oven with cheese for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Before that, we warm up the oven to the maximum.

We decorate mushrooms baked with cheese with fresh parsley or other herbs. You can collect two hats on one skewer.
