Greek salad. It turns Scrumptious. The secret is in the special filling that gives it a delicious taste and aroma.
INGREDIENTS
- Cucumber - 1 piece.
- Tomato - 2 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Olive b / c - 1b.
- Onion - optional
- Feta cheese Sirtaki - 200gr.
- lettuce leaves - 1 / 2puchka
- For the sauce:
- The egg yolk - 3 pieces.
- Mustard - 1ch.l.
- Gherkin - 1pc.
- Celles s / s - 15gr.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 100ml
- Step by step recipe for cooking
- Will cut cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers into large cubes.
In a bowl put the cucumbers, tomatoes, bell pepper, add the olives pitted and stir, if desired, you can add the onion half rings. I prefer without onions. All mix and set aside.
Prepare the sauce. Divide the egg protein and egg yolk. Protein will not be needed. Yolks emptied into a blender, add 1 pickled gherkin, 2 garlic cloves, a small piece of herring about 15 c. 1 tsp mustard. We begin whipping blender. Gherkin herring and I use as a substitute for capers and anchovies. Now gradually pouring a thin stream of vegetable oil and whisk the sauce to neglect.
Add the juice of a quarter lemon and stir. Lemon sauce is made lighter thanks to the lemon sauce it will be longer kept in the refrigerator. Filling is ready.
Putting salad. On a plate put lettuce. Put the prepared vegetables, slides
Take Fet cheese, cut into large cubes.
Cubes of cheese spread on the vegetables and stir.
