I don't really like to cook dishes and pastries that require too many ingredients - because even with a minimum you can cook something incredibly tasty!

Just a month ago, on my channel, I posted a recipe for delicious, tender brushwood from three ingredients - eggs, flour and salt. Those who have already tried this recipe will confirm it with 100% certainty!

Today I want to offer you a recipe that also consists of only 3 ingredients - but these are already very tasty and soft bagels. Try to cook them according to my recipe and see for yourself!

Cooking ingredients:

Butter - 200-220 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 400 g
And, only then you can sprinkle the finished bagels with powdered sugar or pour over with honey

Let's get started ...

Sift all the flour into a bowl for kneading the dough.

Then add soft butter and break the egg.

And, knead the soft dough. You don't need to add anything else, you can sweeten the products after. And, by the way, many times they asked me for a recipe for baking without sugar and other sweeteners... Here, take note!

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or put it in a food plastic bag, and leave it to "rest" for 10 minutes.

Then we divide it into 2 parts, crush it and roll it out in turn into a round layer, no more than 0.5 cm thick.

Cut the rolled layer into 16 segments - like a cake!

From the wide end to the narrow end, roll up the bagels - this can be done with one movement of the palm!

Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or oiled with vegetable oil.

We bake in the oven at 180 degrees - 20 minutes. These bagels will not brown too much. The finished bagels can be put into a lidded bowl or even a bag, add a small amount of powdered sugar, close the lid (pinch) and stir. Or already pour them with honey, condensed milk, jam, or some sweet sauce, syrup... There are already many options here! Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
