The dough is very tasty. Of course, you can take any filling, but I like cabbage the most. I recommend this recipe to everyone. No yeast! Tasty and not very harmful))

The recipe is really perfect! It always works. Always delicious. And the preparation is simple, simple. What else is needed? You can also cook in different ways: you can fry, you can bake and you can steam! And it's even hard to say which is tastier. The husband says that it is fried. And I like steamed better. I will immediately show the final result:

HOW TO COOK:

Sifting flour into a bowl. I sift the flour without fail! You can even do this two or three times. This makes the pies more magnificent.

I add a pinch of salt, sugar, sour cream and cottage cheese to the flour. It is better to grind cottage cheese in a blender so that there are no lumps or grind through a sieve. But, if you are completely lazy, you can add cottage cheese and just like that. Lumps of cottage cheese will be visible in the dough, but the pies will not get worse from this.

I also add soda, slaked with vinegar, an egg to the dough and knead the dough. At the end I add a little more flour if the dough sticks to my hands a lot. I put the dough in a bag and in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

After half an hour, I take out the dough from the refrigerator, cut it into pieces and sculpt pies.

You don't even need a rolling pin here. I just knead a piece of dough with my hands and spread the filling.

And then I cook in one of three ways. You can put the pies on a baking sheet and bake in the oven. I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes. The pies should be lightly browned.

But, of course, you can cook such pies in a regular frying pan. Pies do not take a lot of butter. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Or I steam it. I use a slow cooker - on the "steam" program I cook for about 20-25 minutes.

• Cottage cheese - 250 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Flour ~ 200 g
• Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• Salt - a pinch
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Soda (extinguish with vinegar) - 0.5 tsp.
Filling:
• Cabbage - 300 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
