You don't have to use meat products to create a delicious dinner dish, you can make a spinach and tomato salad, which will turn out to be not only delicious, but also very satisfying. During the ripening season of such greens and tomatoes, it can be served at least every day, because spinach is very useful. The main thing is to thoroughly rinse each leaf of greenery, especially if you purchased it in bunches.

Additional ingredients in the dish are pitted olives, red onions, pre-chopped and pickled in warm water with apple cider vinegar. Capers, fresh cucumbers, bell peppers, etc. can be added if desired.

Do not forget that it is necessary to taste the salad immediately after its creation, since the dish prepared in advance loses some of the useful vitamins and microelements.

Ingredients:

Spinach - 1 bunch

Tomatoes - 3 pcs.

Pitted olives - 7 pcs.

Red onion - 1 pc. (Small)

Olive oil - 1 tsp

Salt and pepper to taste

Take a bunch of spinach in your hands, rinse each leaf on both sides, removing dust and dirt. Cut off the stems. Dry the leaves slightly by placing them on a paper towel. Then place them on a platter or plate for the green base of the salad.

Rinse each tomato thoroughly in water, cut green cuttings in vegetables. Cut into slices and place between the spinach leaves on a plate. If the tomatoes are large, then cut them into slices or large cubes.

Cut the pitted olives in half vertically. Spoon over other ingredients. Substitute olives or capers as desired.

Peel the red onion, rinse in water, cut into rings or half rings. If you don't like spicy notes in salads, marinate it for 5 minutes in 50 ml of warm water mixed with 10 ml of apple cider vinegar, then squeeze. Place on a dish.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil or unrefined sunflower oil. You do not need to use vinegar, as tomatoes contain acid in their composition.
