Here I share not only my experience of losing weight (which took place almost online in front of regular readers), but also the menu for the day and recipes for low-calorie dishes that are included in my diet harmony.

I want to share with you a recipe for a wonderful salad infused with green vegetables and protein - the perfect dinner.
It is very tasty and satisfying, and any holiday will be decorated with a bright type of salad.
✅Ingredients I used for 1 serving of salad for a full dinner:
- Adyghe cheese - 100 g,
- shrimp - 100 (pure weight),
- cucumber - 100 g,
- lettuce leaves - 50 g,
- olive oil - 5 g
- fresh garlic - 1 clove,
- sesame seeds (optional)
- salt, pepper, dry garlic.
✅Cooking.
The first step is to prepare all the products. Defrost and peel the shrimps, wash and chop the vegetables.
Fry the Adyghe cheese on both sides in a drop of oil, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and dry garlic.
Remove the cheese from the pan and cut into small cubes.
Lightly fry the garlic in a drop of oil. Then add shrimps to it and fry for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
Do not forget to add a little salt and pepper.
We form the salad.
Put the lettuce leaves on a portioned plate, then the cucumber. Sprinkle with olive oil.
Put shrimps and cheese on top of the cucumber.
Add a little salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
That's all - the delicious salad is ready!
