Ingredients:
Minced chicken fillet - 600 g
Onions - 80 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Processed cheese - 100 g
Couscous (or semolina) - 2 tablespoons
Sea salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - for frying
How to cook:
To fry minced chicken cutlets with melted cheese, prepare the foods on the list. Peel the onion, wash, dry. Remove the processed cheese from the package.
First, transfer the twisted chicken fillet to a deep, comfortable bowl, add couscous or semolina to it.
Cut the onions into small cubes with a sharp knife, transfer them to the minced chicken.
Then beat in an egg, add salt and pepper to taste. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater, send it to a bowl too.
Now mix the minced meat with your hands, spoon or fork until smooth. Try not to lump the cheese, but to spread it throughout the mass. Set the minced meat aside, let it “ripen” for 15 minutes, the couscous or semolina must swell.
Heat lean, unscented refined oil in a skillet. Lightly moisten your hands under running water, mold the cutlets of the desired size and shape. Put them in hot oil and fry until tender and golden brown for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Lush, ruddy, juicy chicken fillet cutlets with cheese, serve with your loved one garnish and home pickles or fresh vegetables.
