Delicious beef liver pancakes are on the agenda today. The cooking recipe is quite simple, even a novice cook can master it.

Ingredients:

Beef liver - 300 gr.

Semolina - 50 gr.

Egg - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Sour cream - 1 tbsp.

Garlic - 3 teeth.

Vegetable oil - 80 ml.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare food.

Peel off the husk from the onion and garlic cloves. Cut the onion into cubes, leave the garlic intact. Load these ingredients into a blender bowl and grind at high speeds in several passes. Onions and garlic should be chopped to the maximum, better - into a homogeneous gruel.

From the liver, carefully peel off the film from above, remove blood clots and thick streaks, then rinse well and wipe dry. For convenience in slicing, place the offal in the freezer for literally 20 minutes. Cut the slightly frozen liver into small pieces of arbitrary shape, then put it in a chopping container.

Kill the liver with a blender, connecting it in parallel with the onion-garlic mixture.

Next, load the required amount of sour cream, break one egg. Continue whisking with a blender.

Pour the mass from the bowl into a deep bowl, add semolina. To avoid the appearance of lumps, add semolina in small portions. Season the mixture with salt and pepper in parallel.

Let the liver dough stand for 20 minutes, so that the semolina swells slightly, thereby making the mass thicker.

Place a frying pan with a sufficient amount of oil on the stove, after heating, spoon the liver mixture with a spoon, forming neat round blanks. Grill the pancakes on the middle cooking zone, turning them over after 2 minutes. In this way, fry all instances, periodically adding oil.
