The day is dear to everyone, warm autumn and, most importantly, delicious weight loss.

If you are reading my article, then you are interested in the topic of weight loss.

Here, only about tasty, comfortable weight loss - without strict restrictions and hunger strikes.

Thanks to calorie counting, I managed to get rid of excess weight, which I have been struggling with all my adult life.

But only control of nutrition by counting calories led me to the result that I have today, changed my eating habits. Now I know for sure that there will be no return to the old way of life, the old food, and therefore I can, I must keep the result that I have achieved over these two years.

I eat deliciously and satisfyingly thanks to counting calories and will never return to diets in my life, I will never limit myself to those foods that I want to eat.

I want pasta - I eat pasta, but I choose from durum wheat (these are complex carbohydrates that we need).

I want a pie - I bake and eat pies, but low-calorie ones and with whole grain flour (the same complex carbohydrates).

I want potatoes - I eat, but not fried potatoes, but baked or boiled potatoes (by the way, potatoes are also a complex carbohydrate).

I want salty - I eat! And it’s not scary that some water will remain in the body, it will be released in a couple of days with proper drinking regime. I hope there are no those among us who still think that the plus on the scales from salty is fat?

Thanks to calorie counting, I have baked goods, chocolate, dried fruits and even ice cream in my diet. I eat delicious dishes that I try to just cook with less calories than everyone used to.

By changing the diet a little and controlling it, you can achieve amazing results.

And I also have a small holiday on the channel!

Having gone my way of losing weight and striving for an even better result, I have brought together many like-minded people with you! And you and I are already 100,000!

And if at least a small part of the subscribers, my channel turned out to be useful, if at least some of the subscribers were inspired by my example and I was able to overcome myself, rethink my attitude to food, deviate from the usual recipes for cooking and lose weight, I will be very glad. So my work is not in vain.

I'll move on to my menu for the day.

For breakfast today I have oatmeal with curd cheese (30 g) and lightly salted fish (75 g). I will leave the oatmeal recipe at the end of the article, as well as the recipe for salting fish.

Breakfast turned out to be 445 kcal.

Tasty, satisfying - as I like for breakfast. And a little more than two years ago I could not have imagined that I would have such a good breakfast. I drank tea with something and then dragged everything until dinner.

With a hearty breakfast and a small snack during the working day, you don't even think about food.

My day is stupid today. The main work will take place in the afternoon and evening.

Therefore, I did not waste time and decided to stand at the stove in the afternoon. There were ideas that I wanted to bring to life.

And one of these ideas is zucchini under the hat. A surprisingly simple dish, but I just want to eat another serving.

I had such zucchini for a snack (250 g) - 230 kcal.

For one and dinner I also prepared something new, we will have today - mitballs with mozzarella in a creamy sauce.

Lunch - 100 g of boiled durum wheat spaghetti and 200 g (weight with sauce) mitballs with mozzarella.

Lunch at 390 kcal.

For dinner, I ate what was in the fridge from my low-calorie one. And there was stuffed peppers (with minced turkey thigh).

I added a vegetable salad to the pepper (tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs - total weight 170 g), which was seasoned with 2 g of olive oil.

Dinner for 350 kcal.

In total, the day turned out to be 1415 kcal. B - 120, F - 65, U - 92.

I do not forget to drink my water intake - for me it is about 2 liters. I drink water in the morning on an empty stomach and a glass before each meal. I drink the rest of the day during the day if desired, and the desire to drink water comes, because the body gradually I'm used to the fact that there is no water shortage and already requires some water myself, and I stopped confusing the desire to drink a glass of water with appetite.

As a rule, many make the mistake of believing that the appetite has awakened. In fact, we often don't recognize the need for water.
