Good day to everyone who is slimming and watching their nutrition!
Since my channel is dedicated to the topic of losing weight on dietary calorie control and I share my experience of losing weight, menus for the day and recipes for dishes with calculated KBZhU, I will not miss the opportunity to remind you again:
We control the food and drink consumption of our diet and eat deliciously, comfortably, without giving up our favorite foods.
Today, on the eve of the New Year holidays, I want to share with you the simplest recipe for a gorgeous dessert for the festive table.
I love it when preparing any meal is quick and simple, like a cheese and pear dessert.
The list of ingredients and their quantity of KBZHU and the video recipe can be found at the end of the article.
Cooking, as I said, is the simplest.
We take pears and cut them into slices 1-1.5 cm thick.
We spread the pear plates on a baking sheet (I also put them on the foil in advance).
Chop the nuts (we take the ones that we love, I have cashews) with a knife.
Sprinkle nuts on the pear.
Next, sprinkle the pear with cheese. I took the usual semi-hard cheese.
For a festive option, of course, it is better to use Dor Blue. camembert or the same parmesan. But with regular cheese it turns out very tasty too.
We send it to the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the desired cheese crust forms. Someone likes a slightly golden brown crust, while others like fried.
Remove the finished dessert from the oven and pour it over with honey. If your honey is hard, you can melt it slightly.
Bon Appetit! The combination of flavors is simply bombastic!
You can watch the video recipe:
