Burnt food - can I eat it or not? And why?
A cutlet or fish is burnt, a kebab has charred around the edges, or black spots have appeared on vegetables from the grill - we sit and think what to do with it. Is that so?
On the one hand, the appearance of the dish became not very appetizing, on the other hand, the burnt taste spoils the whole impression of cooking and even an expensive product.
Well, it’s just the cost of food that scares you, so what is burnt does not stop those who like to save money on food.
Just think charred! Do not waste the good ?!
Studies by American scientists have shown that too frequent meals or dinners with burnt food can be harmful.
Because such food significantly increases the risk of serious health problems. And here it is not only carcinogens that can cause cancer in some cases. This is already scary.
Most often, burning, oddly enough, affects the psyche and, according to the same studies, becomes a triggering factor for Alzheimer's disease.
Well, if we consider in our simple practice, then burnt is not a useful activated carbon, as many people think for some reason.
Quite the opposite, accumulating in the body, harmful glycotoxins from the very same burnt food seriously impair coordination and memory, even in young and healthy people.
To summarize: burnt food is very harmful! And not useful at all!
To prevent this from happening, you need to cook without being distracted by something else. For example, do not hang out on the Internet while potatoes are being cooked so that they do not start frying.
That's the whole secret of not burnt food!
