Jellied apple pie that you can even lose weight

On my channel about PP you will find not only the history of my weight loss, but also the everyday menu and recipes for the dishes that are included in my diet.

The only way that helped me lose weight deliciously and without starving was by counting calories.

We prepare our favorite dishes, trying to reduce their calorie content and slim down!

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a jellied apple pie.

Surely you know the famous Tsvetaevsky pie, which is made from shortcrust pastry?

It was this pie that gave me the idea for my apple jellied pie. Shortcrust pastry does not suit us - there is a lot of oil.

But you can use the universal curd dough (my favorite), I thought, and made a pie that everyone really liked. Even my husband, who doesn't really like apple pies, reached for a second slice of tea. And for me this is one of the main indicators - delicious😉.

✅I needed the following ingredients:

  • ordinary cottage cheese 5% (I take it by weight) - 250g,
  • 175 g soft cottage cheese (box),
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • whole grain rice flour - 120 g and corn flour - 40 g (you can take only rice 160 g),
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 9 sachets of sweetener or sugar (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g of sugar), a bag of vanillin - 1 g,
  • 300 g apples (net weight) is 4-5 small apples,
  • lemon juice (to drizzle over the apples).

Preparation:

The first thing we will do is prepare the base dough.

Mix 250 g of cottage cheese 5%, 1 egg, 4 sachets of sweetener, vanillin, a pinch of salt and flour.

We use all rice flour and 30 g of corn flour. 10 g of flour - an incomplete tablespoon, will be used for filling.

Knead the dough well. It is best to use a blender to get a delicate, uniform dough texture, without curd lumps.

We take a baking dish (I have a silicone 18 cm) and spread the dough, forming the sides.

Next, we prepare the fill.

Mix soft cottage cheese (you can take natural yogurt), 1 chicken egg, 5 sachets of sweetener and 10 g of corn flour.

Cut the apples into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Nuance: if you like apples in soft baked goods, then put them in the microwave for a few minutes to bring them to half-readiness, soften.

I did not put the apples in the microwave and they felt good in the pie, they were dense.
It all depends on your taste.

We put the apples in a mold and fill with the prepared filling, I help the filling to flow a little with a spoon under the apples. We distribute evenly.

We send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Use the baking time for your oven.

KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 155, B - 10, F - 4, U - 19.

The weight of the finished dish is 883 g.
