Want the simplest treat that will please all of your guests? So, I propose to prepare a salad "Ryzhik" - you will not find an easier recipe.
The dish consists of several types of carrots - regular and Korean, plus we add delicious processed cheese. For dressing, take mayonnaise, garlic and spices to taste. As you can see, there are only three ingredients that do not need to be cooked separately, but simply assembled in a salad bowl and season.
Such a salad can be served with different dishes, even on a festive table "Ryzhik" will definitely not get lost, but very quickly scatter on the plates. Be sure to cook it, the result will pleasantly surprise you.
Ingredients:
- Carrots - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Processed cheese - 80 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Prepare everything according to the list. Choose quality, tasty processed cheese. You can use cheese with additives such as herbs, various spices, mushrooms, etc.
Peel and rinse the carrots, then dry. Grate it on a regular medium grater. Place the carrot shavings in a salad bowl.
Then add Korean carrots. If it is long, cut it. Don't forget to sample the carrots to help guide further spice additions.
Grate the melted cheese on a regular grater, transfer to a bowl.
Season salad with mayonnaise, add chopped garlic. That's all.
Stir the ingredients, remove the sample.
Ginger salad with carrots and cheese keeps its shape perfectly, which is why it can be served even in portions, placing it on a plate using a culinary ring.
