We often order it while in a cafe, but we also cook it quite often at home. Today I want to share a proven recipe. The base turns out to be soft and thin, and the filling is hearty and very tasty. I recommend trying it!

Ingredients:
Water - 200 ml.
Sugar - 1.5 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
Wheat flour - 300 g.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Sausage - 200 g.
Mozzarella cheese - 120 g.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Step by step recipe:
Prepare the required ingredients for making pizza with sausage, tomatoes and cheese. Instead of mozzarella, you can use hard cheese or suluguni.
As for the sausage, the choice is yours. You can take ham, boiled or semi-smoked varieties are a matter of taste for everyone.
For the filling, count on two medium-sized pizzas.
Pour warm water into a deep bowl convenient for kneading. Dissolve sugar in it and add dry yeast. Stir and leave warm for a while. The appearance of a fluffy foam cap on the surface will indicate the readiness of the dough and the ability to continue working.
Add salt to the liquid and pour in vegetable oil. Stir again.
Weigh the required amount of flour on a kitchen scale and be sure to sift it through a fine sieve. Then add it in small portions to the liquid base.
Knead a soft, elastic pizza dough. Put it in a bowl, previously greased with a thin layer of vegetable oil, and cover with a towel. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Over time, the dough will noticeably grow and increase in volume. Circle it and divide it into two equal parts. To prevent the dough from weathering and coming back a little, cover it with a towel, and start preparing the filling yourself.
Free the sausage from the protective film and cut into medium cubes, and the tomato into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and prepare the ketchup.
Roll part of the dough using a rolling pin into a thin, round piece. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lubricate the surface with ketchup and spread the filling.
Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. The base should be golden brown and the cheese should melt completely.
While the baking is in the oven, there is time to prepare the second piece.
Serve pizza with sausage, cheese and tomatoes immediately after taking it out of the oven, because hot it is considered the most delicious.
