Microwave-baked chocolate cupcakes in minutes - not easy a lifesaver for any housewife, mother and wife, this is also a real delicacy that even novice cook. Cooking them is very simple and really fast, but in order for the finished baked goods to be perfect, all the ingredients must be weighed on a kitchen scale.

Ingredients:

Flour - 70 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Cocoa powder - 15 g

Lean oil - 30 g

Sugar - 60 g

Milk - 40 g

Baking powder (or baking soda) - 0.5 tsp

Salt - a pinch

How to cook:

To microwave your chocolate muffin in 5 minutes, prepare all the items on the list. Vegetable oil, milk and eggs should be at room temperature.

As I wrote above, weigh all the ingredients on a kitchen scale. Oil, of course, must be refined and odorless.

Mix all of the liquid ingredients first. Pour the vegetable oil into a deep bowl, add the chicken egg and milk with a low percentage of fat. Whisk until smooth.

Add in sifted flour, granulated sugar, good quality cocoa powder, baking powder (soda), and a pinch of salt.

Knead a sufficiently thin, homogeneous dough without lumps. Leave it on for a couple of minutes. Once bubbles appear on the surface, you can bake the chocolate muffins.

Pour the dough into three small coffee mugs / cups, put them all together in the microwave for 2 minutes (power - 850 W).

After the timer beeps, remove the muffins from the microwave and touch each “cap” with your finger, if the dough is not left on your hand - the treat is ready.

Pour your favorite syrup over ready-made chocolate cupcakes in mugs and serve as a dessert or for breakfast with a fragrant morning coffee. It is very tasty to drizzle with caramel or fruit syrups.
