Ingredients:

Shrimps - 250 g

Round rice - 1 cup

Champignons - 150 g

Onions - 40 g

Petiole celery - 1 pc.

Bulgarian pepper - 40 g

Parsley - a few twigs

Lean oil - 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Prepare all the foods on the list. Wash vegetables and parsley under running water, dry them dry.

Peel the shrimp from the shell, the tails can be left for beauty. Slice each tail from the top in the middle lengthwise, remove the gut.

Mushroom caps, if desired, can be peeled off.

The first step is to cook the rice. Rinse it several times until the water is clear and clear. Pour clean drinking water one centimeter above the cereal, put the cauldron on the fire.

As soon as it boils, immediately reduce the heat to low and cook under a tightly closed lid for 15 minutes. After a while, turn off the stove and, without opening the lid, leave the cereal for another 10 minutes.

Loosen the finished rice with a fork.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients in parallel. In a small frying pan, heat the lean, odorless refined oil, put the onion chopped in half rings, fry it for 2-3 minutes.

Peel the bell pepper from the stalk and seeds, cut it together with the celery into strips, put in the pan. Fry with the onion for 3-4 minutes.

Cut the champignons into thin slices or as you like, add to the pan, fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes. If desired, at this stage, you can add a clove of garlic to the vegetables for flavor and hot peppers to taste.

Move the fried vegetables slightly to the side in the pan, place the shrimp tails. Fry them for a minute, stir everything together.

Now transfer the cooked rice to the pan. Salt and pepper the dish immediately to taste, mix.

Sprinkle the chopped leaves of fresh parsley last. Stir the finished dish one last time.
