Hello honest people. Another homemade salad, known to many as "Mushroom Glade" or "Forest Glade". In one configuration or another, it is often found on the festive tables of hostesses. Such a salad is quite variable and, despite its simplicity, does not bore.
Today I will show you a variant that I had a chance to try several years ago and that I have saved in my bookmarks.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet -1pc
Marinated champignons - 200g
Hard cheese -100g
Chicken eggs - 3pcs
Potatoes - 3pcs
Carrots -1pc
Mayonnaise-60g
Dill - quarter bunch
How to cook:
Prepare all the foods so you don't forget anything.
Cook in advance the vegetables in their skins and chicken until tender. Hard-boiled eggs.
Choose from the available arsenal of deep salad bowls, preferably with a spherical bottom. You can divide food into two plates, or do everything in one large salad bowl.
Cover the plates with cling film so that the edges hang down with a large margin. For greater confidence that nothing will stick, the film can be greased with a minimum amount of vegetable oil. Place the mushrooms with their caps down on the bottom. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill on top.
Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Place on top of the mushrooms and brush with mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place on the chicken.
The next layer is grated eggs. Salt. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise and smooth out the layer.
Next - carrots grated on a coarse grater.
And the last layer is to put potatoes, grated on a coarse grater. Salt.
Fold over the edges of the film and press down a little. Send the dish to the refrigerator overnight.
Now all that remains is to unfold the edges of the film, cover with a plate and gently turn the salad over. Then raise the deep plate and remove the film. The layers are neat and nothing falls apart. Until you start to break up the salad with a fork, it keeps its shape perfectly.
I try to minimize mayonnaise in this salad and make only two layers of it. But if you are more relaxed about it, you can add more. Sour cucumber is often added to this dish for added juiciness. So, if you love, try it.
The Lesnaya Polyana salad is ready.

Conclusions: another classic "table" salad in the piggy bank. There is nothing extraordinary or outstanding in it in terms of culinary techniques, nor is it exotic in terms of ingredients. But it is proven, "fighting" and is quickly eaten by guests 😉
It's such a variation salad "Mimosa", only with chicken. In addition, it is convenient to do it the day before. Hearty, simple and flaky, in general, everything as we like))
