Ideally, of course, that the meat is defrosted at room temperature without any interference. But this is not a quick process - will take several hours. And what if you need to defrost the meat as soon as possible? Come to the aid of apple cider vinegar.

So, take a piece of frozen meat and grease it with vinegar. Take a little vinegar. This method is suitable only if the taste of vinegar (acidity) dish needed. Because in fact the meat begins to marinate. And if this is not necessary, we act a little differently.

A piece of meat put in a regular plastic bag and tied and put in a saucepan. Mix the water and vinegar in a ratio of 1: 1, and pour into a pan. The method will also work, with the taste of the meat will not be affected.
