A quick lunch without frills and delicacies, but always balanced in taste and combination of products, complete and nutritious - pasta with champignons. We operate simultaneously on two burners: on one we boil pasta and conjure over mushroom gravy next to it.

Ingredients:
Pasta - 300 g
Champignons - 150 g
Milk - 100 ml
Butter - 30 g
Vegetable oil - 20 ml
Hard cheese - 50 g
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Greens - for serving
Step by step recipe:
Take the grocery list to make pasta with mushrooms and cheese at home. Any pasta of your choice will do. Volumetric and curly types of horns and shells, as well as spaghetti, noodles and vermicelli.
If you wish, replace the milk with cream, 10% is enough - the sauce is rather greasy because of the butter. Thickener as in julienne, I consider it superfluous here and exclude.
Boil shells or other products in boiling and salted water. To the degree "by a tooth" or a little longer, depends on your preferences. We adhere to the instructions of a specific manufacturer.
We try, discard in a colander and drain the liquid. You can rinse with clean boiling water so that the pasta does not stick together.
Wasted no time washing the mushrooms. We chop them into slices of the same thickness and load them into a preheated pan with hot lean and melting butter. Fry the mushrooms at moderate heat for about 5-7 minutes.
Saturate them with oil, shake them and do not let them burn. We leave the mushrooms fleshy, firm, clearly tangible and with a delicate aroma.
Fill the fried, or rather, thoroughly butter-soaked mushrooms with milk or milk cream. Boil, season with salt and ground hot pepper (optional - spicy nutmeg).
We simmer for two minutes. The mushroom sauce for the pasta is ready.
We add cooked pasta to the still hot gravy, mix, throw the cheese here - its pieces instantly melt, and a delicate gravy envelops each shell. We remove the sample, if necessary, warm up for an additional minute or a half.
Serve quick pasta with champignons, garnished with fresh herbs, immediately, not yet cooled. Alone or as a side dish to meat, meat products or bird.
