These cute little pizzas will not leave anyone indifferent!π Cooking them is easy and fast, but they turn out very tasty and juicy, they are in no way inferior to a large pizza. I thank Marina @Marina_Kashcavceva for inspiration π€πΉ #fast #delicious #minipizzas
Ingredients: puff yeast-free dough, a spoonful of ketchup + 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste, boiled sausage, s / c sausage, Mozzarella cheese, Russian cheese, Parmesan cheese, tomato, pickles, pickled onion from a jar of cucumbers, pickled oyster mushroom caps
Cooking method:
Take the puff pastry out of the freezer. While it is defrosting, prepare the filling: cut the sausage and mushrooms into small cubes, slice the tomatoes and cucumbers, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine ketchup with tomato paste in a bowl.
Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin, cut out small circles and roll each one out a little more. Put a non-stick mat on a baking sheet, on it are the bases for mini pizza. Top with ketchup sauce with tomato paste, sprinkle with a little grated cheese, put the filling to taste: sausage, cucumbers, mushrooms, put pickled onions from a jar of cucumbers, fresh tomato on top and sprinkle again with grated cheese. Gather the scraps of dough into a ball, knead until smooth, roll out thinly and repeat the same.
Bake the mini pizzas in the oven at the lowest setting for 10 - 15 minutes at 200Β°. Juicy and tasty mini pizzas are ready, kids will especially like them! My granddaughter was delighted with them! ππβ€οΈ
