At first glance, it may seem that there is nothing particularly in this recipe, in fact it is not. The products are so well chosen and match in taste that it is simply impossible to tear yourself away from the plate.
If you are a big lover of offal, be sure to fry chicken liver with onions, it will conquer you forever. I personally like the fact that this dish can be prepared and served as a hot snack not only for a family dinner, it can be safely put on any festive table.

Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 400 g
Sweet and sour apple - 250 g
Onions - 100 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - 2 tablespoons
How to cook:
Prepare foods on the list. Chicken liver must be stripped of fat, capillaries and films, then washed under running water, dried with paper towels. Wash and dry a large sweet and sour apple and a head of peeled onions.
Slice the onions into rings. Heat some unscented vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the onion rings over medium heat until golden brown. Watch them, they should not burn, as they will start to taste bitter in the finished dish, and we need their sweetness.
Heat some vegetable oil in another large-diameter frying pan, add the apple, peeled and cut into slices. The fruit should be fried briefly, only until it is golden brown and lightly soft.
When the onion is golden brown, remove it from the pan.
Place lightly fried apples on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Load the chicken liver slices into the same skillet. The offal should be fried over high heat, 2-3 minutes on each side, often turning over. The liver should turn golden on top, but remain slightly pink on the inside.
Start assembling the finished dish. Place the fried apple slices in the first layer the way you like best.
Spread the fried chicken liver on top. It needs to be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Good quality coarse sea salt and a mixture of freshly ground peppers work best.
Next, carefully lay out the golden onions, you can also slightly pepper it.
Serve the finished dish hot, but I say from personal experience that cold chicken livers cooked in this way are also very, very tasty.
