Potatoes, carrots and onions can be varied with other vegetables to taste - broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, tomatoes, peppers, etc. Turkey fillet it is permissible to replace with a drumstick or a steak - in this case, you get a fattier result, but with the fillet part of the bird we will get a very light one option.
The turkey is not dry on its own, so you will definitely not be disappointed in the finished dish. Let's get down to the process quickly.

Ingredients:
Turkey fillet - 300 g
Potatoes - 400 g
Carrots - 100 g
Onions - 80 g
Paprika - to taste
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Cooking process:
Prepare all products according to the list.
Choose medium-sized potatoes, peel and wash, dry.
Cut the potatoes into fairly voluminous bars, do not grind them.
Grease a heat-resistant form with vegetable oil, transfer the potato slices into it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. You can add a little paprika or other spices of your choice.
Peel and wash large carrots, dry. Cut it into large cubes. Add carrot slices to potatoes.
Turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Then peel and rinse the onion, cut into small cubes.
Rinse the turkey fillet and dry. Cut the meat into small pieces, spread on top of all the ingredients. If desired, add 80-100 ml of broth or water to the mold.
Seal the container with foil and place in the oven. Cook for 40 minutes. After a while, the foil can be removed, and the dish can be brought to readiness, leaving the heat for another 10 minutes.
Turkey fillet with potatoes can be served.
