Everyone loves khachapuri, but few people like to bother with their preparation. Lazy khachapuri in a pan is a quick and uncomplicated version of a popular Georgian dish. It has a lot of cheese and very little fuss.
The basis of such khachapuri is cheese, but not like the original inside the dough, but mixed with the rest of the ingredients. Therefore, it is lazy to mix everything and bake in a pan until cooked.
Such lazy khachapuri will surely appeal to all lovers of cheese, as well as children are delighted with it.
You can cook lazy khachapuri in a frying pan for lunch, or you can take it for a snack or outdoors - it's very cheesy, tasty and incredibly simple.
Ingredients:
- cheese - 200 g
- sour cream - 200 g
- flour - 70 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- dill - 1 bunch
- salt to taste
Step by step recipe
1. 200 g of cheese three on a coarse grater. You can take any cheese you like. The main thing is that it was cheese, and not a cheese product that may not melt.
Finely chop a small bunch of dill. It is very desirable to add dill, as it gives a special taste and aroma.
2. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and salt to taste.
Beat eggs a little with a mixer or a whisk.
Add 200 g of sour cream of any fat content to the beaten eggs. Mix everything again.
3. We also add 2 tbsp. l. flour with a large slide by weight is about 70 g. Stir until smooth.
Add grated cheese and chopped dill to the resulting batter.
We mix everything.
4. Pour the prepared dough into a preheated pan with a small amount of sunflower oil and distribute it evenly throughout the pan.
The diameter of my pan is 24 cm.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes on the lowest heat.
5. 10 minutes have passed, remove the lid and carefully turn the khachapuri to the other side.
Cover the pan again and cook for about 10 minutes.
Lazy khachapuri turned out to be very tasty and fragrant. It can be eaten both warm and cold. And everyone can cook it according to such an easy recipe.
