Ingredients:
Large shrimps - 400 g
Cream 20% - 150 g
White onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Tagliatelle pasta - 200 g
Champignons - 200 g
Sea salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - 0.5 tbsp.
How to cook:
Prepare foods from the list. Peel the onion and garlic, wash under running water, dry. In principle, you can take an ordinary onion, it's just that the white is not so spicy and has a slightly sweet taste, with it the sauce is tastier.
Peel the shrimp from the shell, you can leave the tails for beauty. Be sure to make a shallow cut in the top in the middle and remove the intestines.
Clean the mushrooms with a hard kitchen sponge to remove the compost residues.
First of all, boil drinking water in a saucepan or small saucepan, add a little salt to it, add the paste and boil according to the instructions. While it's cooking, make the sauce.
Heat a small amount of good quality, odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan, put white onions cut into half rings, fry for 2-3 minutes, until soft.
Add thinly sliced mushrooms to lightly fried onions. Cook everything together for 3-4 minutes.
When the mushrooms are significantly reduced in size, add a large clove of garlic crushed with the back of a knife to them.
And immediately add the shrimp tails to the skillet. Cook everything together over medium heat for about a minute.
Pour in heavy cream. They must completely cover all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
As soon as bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the cream, transfer the prepared pasta to the pan with the creamy sauce, stir gently.
Divide into portions and serve immediately. Pasta with shrimps in a creamy sauce is ready.
