Nothing will help you lose weight if you are not in a calorie deficit. It is a fact. This is the energy balance of a person and we cannot get away from this, whether we want to recognize the important role of calorie intake in weight loss or we don’t want to.

Why don't we love ourselves? We do not love the way we ought to love. This is me now about us, "inclined to be overweight", and not only.
We shove in ourselves a variety of food without measure, indulge in various high-calorie snacks, seizing the next stress. A holiday for us is always a laid table with a huge amount of food. This is our love for ourselves - to feed ourselves and our family more, fatter, and hotter.
And we do not monitor nutrition at all.
But suddenly we wake up, when already "the rooster has pecked" and problems with health begin, to which we can no longer close our eyes, and we urgently run to look for a diet, further crippling our health.
We do not love ourselves so much that we are not ready to sacrifice even 10 minutes a day in order to elementarily control our nutrition, so that it is within the limits of our calorie content and balanced. Even for the sake of health, we are not ready to do this.
We do not love ourselves so much and are lazy to do something for ourselves that we are ready to shove into ourselves various "magic pills" called "minus 10 kg per week." It's easy - to swallow a miracle remedy and wait for "everything to go away by itself."
Just today, scrolling through the feed of one of the social networks, I came across a video in the recommendations in which another miracle remedy is advertised under the guise of the fact that it helped the owner of the blog lose weight. And what do you think? I went into the comments and was not surprised - dozens of questions where to order and how much it costs! And the whole blog is aimed only at selling funds. But no one is embarrassed by the frank imposition of funds, everyone wants to easily and quickly, having eaten a miracle drug, melt to the required size. And money is not a pity! There is no money for proper nutrition, which is supposedly very expensive, but here they are ready to count it at once.
Adults still believe in magic, but it seems that everyone went to school and studied the topic of human energy balance.
Excess weight is our choice: to be or not to be. Excess weight is our swami's efforts - to fight it or, conversely, to accumulate it.
Only dietary control and a calorie deficit can help you lose weight. And how you create a deficit is your choice: someone will limit themselves in something, someone will still go on a diet, someone will engage in sports, and someone will count calories from BZHU.
My choice is a balanced diet and control of calorie intake, and it has not let me down yet and helps to maintain a comfortable weight for me.

So I wanted cheese waffles. I decided to cook in the morning and let the whole world wait.
I mixed 90 g of cottage cheese, an egg, 35 whole grain rice flour, 45 g of pizza mozzarella, a pinch of baking soda and baking powder and baked in a waffle iron, greased with 2 g of butter.
Cheese waffles and green tea are delicious and satisfying. Breakfast for 500 kcal.

I decided to have a snack 95 g of turkey ham - 90 kcal.
I have strange taste preferences after a cold so far: I really want something sweet, then just some meat with tea.
For lunch today I have 120 g of rice, which I boiled and then mixed with onion and turmeric fried in a little butter. And also 150 g of pink salmon baked in spices. For freshness, I added 150 g of cucumber.
Everything was ready in advance - warm up and eat.
Dinner went out on 425 kcal
For dinner I warmed up 300 g of cauliflower, stewed with a little butter and 150 g of baked pink salmon.
Dinner for 390 kcal.
I had such an almost fishy day.
In the evening I drank coffee with milk (60 g) and syrup (15 g) and ate candy (30 g) - 200 kcal.
It turned out 1605 kcal per day. B - 115, F - 76, U - 115.
