By morning, the flakes will absorb the liquid, swell and the porridge will be completely ready for tasting! It is especially tasty with berries and fruits, but an unsweetened version of oatmeal in a jar is also not excluded - serve it with meat or sausage slices, with cutlets or pickles, salad.
To prevent the dish from souring during cooling, add fruits or berries only when serving, since the fruit acid contained in them will begin to interact with the milk drink. Because of this, in the morning you can get curdled kefir and whey on top of the flakes in addition to oatmeal in the morning. By the way, kefir is easily interchangeable with fermented baked milk or thick classic yogurt; it is not necessary to stick to this particular milk drink in the recipe.

Pour the oatmeal into a bowl or salad bowl, sort it carefully, remove the debris, if any. Pour granulated sugar and salt into a container.
If desired, sugar can be replaced with honey of any kind, because the dish does not need to be boiled. They will also perfectly fit as a sweet: stevia syrup, toppings, condensed milk. For taste and aroma, you can add a couple of pinches of ground cinnamon or cocoa powder, add a little vanilla.

Pour in kefir of any fat content - such a milk drink is thick and dense, unlike ordinary milk. The porridge will not run thin. Mix everything carefully so that the sugar is distributed throughout the mass.
