Delicious, soft, fluffy pies with your favorite fresh cabbage filling with boiled eggs and green onions. They have dough in the literal sense of the expression "like fluff."

Such pies fly off the baking sheet in an instant, just have time to get them! But still, in a cold state, they are much tastier, but few will tolerate until they cool down.

Ingredients:

Yeast dough - 500 grams

Carrots - 2 pcs.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Fresh cabbage - 600 grams

Chicken eggs -5 pcs.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Green onions - 1 bunch

Sesame seeds - 1 tsp

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the cabbage and egg patties. I used my favorite dough: yeast with kefir. You cook the one that you like best. But still, I insist to try to knead the dough according to my recipe at least once, and I assure you, you will forget about other options. Having tried it a few years ago, I only use this in pies and pies!

Our filling is the most delicious - from cabbage with boiled eggs. If you are allergic or do not eat the latter for one reason or another, then do not add, the pies will still turn out great. Add some green onions or other herbs to the filling for freshness.

Boil 4 eggs hard-boiled, peel and chop with a knife.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan with high sides, heat it, add finely chopped onions and grated carrots on a medium grater. Fry them until soft.

Then load the finely chopped cabbage and simmer together for another 10-15 minutes, until the cabbage is soft. Transfer the finished filling to a bowl, season to taste, and cool.

Add eggs, stir.

Next, toss in the finely chopped green onions and mix well the filling.

Pound the dough that has come up a little, roll it into a ball.

Divide into 8-10 equal parts. Roll up the balls and cover them with a clean towel.

Roll each bun into a cake, put about 1-1.5 tbsp in the middle. fillings and shape into a patty.

You can give products any shape, I have triangles today. For such a molding, lay out the filling on the rolled dough, lift the two upper corners and pinch them to the middle, then lift the remaining edge and fasten the free dough along the "seam".

Transfer the prepared pies to a baking sheet lined with parchment, cover with a clean towel or plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
