At least in my family, they are required to be cooked regularly, and by all means be served in combination with mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
Minced pork - 400 g
Roll - 150 g
Onions - 80 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Seasoning for meat - 1 tsp
Dried garlic - 0.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Lean oil - for frying
How to cook:
Prepare foods from the list. Peel the onion, wash, dry.
You can take any roll for these cutlets, but it is with minced pork that I like when it is made from coarse flour. Cut it into small chunks, soak in cold drinking water.
When the bread is completely soaked, squeeze out any excess water and send it to the minced meat.
Add a large chicken egg and finely diced onions.
Now season the minced meat with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir in dried garlic and your favorite meat seasoning.
Stir the minced meat until smooth. It is not necessary to beat off, otherwise the cutlets in finished form will not be airy, since when beating off all the oxygen leaves it. Be sure to let the minced meat stand for a while and "ripen" before cooking.
Shape the patties to the desired size with wet hands. If you are not afraid of extra calories, they can be breaded in breadcrumbs or flour.
Fry the patties in a hot skillet in a minimum amount of vegetable oil until golden brown and tender. About 4 minutes on each side will be enough.
Serve minced pork cutlets with any garnish, greens and fresh vegetable salad. We really like mashed potatoes for a side dish.
