Good day, losing weight!
The other day I made herself a delicious breakfast that won me over. And, of course, I hasten to share with you and tasty recipe.
I probably handle the curves, I was in a hurry and could not wrap nicely. But you certainly will be more beautiful and appetizing wrap. Even ashamed of their kurguzenkih photo on the front page post.
We need:
- Armenian thin pita - about 50 g,
- 2 eggs,
- 30-35 grams of cheese,
- salt, pepper to vksu,
- favorite greens.
Preparation.
I pita cut into 2 square.
Whipped eggs with salt and pepper.
Cheese rubbed on a coarse grater.
Chopped fresh herbs (I unfortunately was not green, but with dill or chives is super delicious).
At mid Lavash pour half egg mixture, sprinkle cheese and herbs.
Carefully turn off the edges. It does not matter if a little will pour egg.
Fry in a nonstick frying pan without oil on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, making sure not to burn the pita.
This is delicious! Lavash turns with a crisp and tender within the filling.
