Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

For breakfast I had sandwiches with rye bread roll (30 g) and fish (90 g).

Green tea, Vitaminka and a capsule of omega-3 finished breakfast.

Just happened to breakfast - 300 kcal.

Before you run away on business, and I have prepared a wonderful shopping muffin, spending knead the dough for 5 minutes, which became my snack (100 gr) - 160 kcal.

I must say that these 160 gr all that I was able to try on my PPkeksa. All gobbled up! The truth is my husband on it even peanut butter buttered, very much loves sweeter). On the road, coming back home, I ate a banana (100 g) - 90 kcal.

A lunch was boiled potatoes (170 g) and sea bass Smoked (150 gr)

Total for the day I got in 1240 kcal.

But again could not drink the water rate, sympathetic not enough, and runs most of the day was not at home.
