When we come to our senses, we begin to look for a diet on which you can urgently lose 20 kilograms in a week. And again, no one thinks about what will happen to health.

And having lost weight on the toughest diet, quickly and with a bunch of restrictions, we start eating again as before, gaining excess weight again.

Calorie counting helped me lose weight, change my lifestyle, dietary habits and learn to control how much I eat. At the same time, I eat deliciously and I do not have any strict restrictions on products.

If on Saturday afternoon everything was at first good and according to plan, we finally completed some business in Moscow and had a great walk (thanks to the weather it was wonderful), then on Sunday I was already exhausted with a temperature 38,5.

I will not go into details, but everything is fine, only weakness remains.

We walked on Saturday, it all started with breakfast with sandwiches on whole-grain bread with chicken pastram, and ended with a late dinner with borscht, which did not look like it, but went bad. A thought slipped through me that borscht has been standing for a long time. But nothing boded trouble - it's good that only I ate it.

And then Sunday was my "great day".

My diet on Sunday consisted of chicken broth, rusks and raspberry jam. They tried to remove the temperature with jam, but it did not take off, and something sweet was needed.

On Monday, I plan to start eating normally, but without frills, so to speak.

For breakfast, two boiled eggs and two slices of bread (60 g) with butter (10 g). I fried the bread in a dry frying pan and dried it.

And green tea for breakfast. All this wealth came out on 390 kcal.

This Monday I took sick leave myself.

It's good when there is Zhorik (this is my robot vacuum cleaner), which cleans up by itself, without my participation. And I can lie down at this time.

You must admit that it has become much easier to farm. Someone even among you recently wrote about this when the topic of laziness and lack of time for cooking was discussed.

Previously, they washed by hand, squeezed by hand, cleaned with a broom, washed the floors by hand. And now there are automatic washing machines, and vacuum cleaners (including washing machines) and even a robot vacuum cleaner, which itself rides, collects dust and does not require our participation, and all sorts of super-mops, and multicooker, in which quickly and just. What has not been invented to simplify housework. I wonder if there is an iron that iron itself? I really want thisπŸ˜‚

Someone, with the help of gadgets and various assistants, has more time for themselves, someone for work. But each of us makes this choice for himself. On my own, I noticed that the more money is earned, the more it is spent and I want, accordingly, to earn even more.

When it came time to have a snack, I decided to drink tea with breadcrumbs (50 g) - 185 kcal. So far I decided to leave the crackers, yet they help to restore strength and at the same time are well digested and help to cope with toxins without causing fermentation in the stomach. Now we need carbohydrates.

At lunch I was waiting for chicken broth (350 g), to which I added 70 g of boiled noodles from durum wheat. I also ate 95 g of chicken drumstick.

Went out lunch on 345 kcal.

After breakfast and lunch, I no longer felt any discomfort in my sick stomach and decided that it was time to add a dish more powerful than chicken broth to the diet. Heavy artillery was usedπŸ˜‚.

The choice fell on potatoes stewed with chicken breast. In my opinion - an excellent choice and looking ahead, it turned out to be very pleasant for the stomach.

Dinner - 300 g potatoes stewed with chicken breast - 320 kcal

And 3 hours before bedtime I drank green tea with crackers (35 g) - 130 kcal.

As a result, 1364 kcal per day was obtained. B - 103, F - 45, U - 143. In my opinion, in this situation it is quite a decent KBZHU. Now I need more protein and carbohydrates and less fat.

I get out as best I can.
