Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for meat cutlets with eggplant in sauce. How tasty they are, juicy, tender and immediately with gravy. All that remains is to prepare any side dish, for example, boil rice, buckwheat, pasta or make mashed potatoes.

Recipe:

Minced meat -600 gr.

Eggplant - 250g.

Egg -1pc.

Onion -150gr.

Garlic -3-4 teeth.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

For the sauce:

Tomatoes -700gr.

Garlic -3-4 teeth.

Sour cream -150-250g.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

COOKING METHOD

We take minced meat 600 grams of any pork I have today. You can take ready-made minced meat.

Peel the onion and cut it into cubes, the weight of the onion is 150 grams. Peel the eggplants with a vegetable peeler and cut into cubes. I have 250 grams of peeled eggplants, cut into cubes. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, put onions, fry until translucent and add eggplants, fry everything together until vegetables are soft.

Put 600 grams of minced meat in a bowl, put eggplants and onions, break 1 egg, a couple of garlic cloves passed through a garlic press, break 1 egg. Half tsp. salt. Seasoning to taste, I add ground white and ground black pepper. We mix the minced meat ready. We take a suitable baking sheet, grease with oil.

Let's start forming cutlets. Take some minced meat and form cutlets. Now roll the cutlets in flour. And put it on a baking sheet. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

During this time, we will prepare the sauce. We take tomatoes weighing about 700 grams. Cut into 2 parts and rub the skin on a coarse grater.

We remove the peel, we do not need it. You can grind tomatoes with a blender. Pour the tomatoes into a bowl, put 150-250 grams of sour cream at my home. Add a couple of cloves of garlic, salt and half a tsp. black pepper to taste.

We mix. 25 minutes have passed, we take out the cutlets, pour the sauce and put them in the oven for another 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Now we take it out of the oven and serve it with any side dish. Very tasty and easy to prepare. Cook you like it I promise.
