According to this recipe, I've been baking pancakes for a very long time! They always turn out to be lush, completely non-greasy, soft and very tasty! Have you ever had such a thing that instead of fluffy pancakes you got "napkin pancakes", oily sponges "or" rubber soles "? 😬 Write in the comments. And I'll tell you what I do to prevent this from happening))
Watch this recipe in the video below at 02:47. There are also 4 more recipes - pizza pancakes, pancakes with onions (my recipe), pancakes with vegetable puree and an appetizer with sausage. Take a look - you'll love it!
The ingredients are the most common. But I have already tested the theory more than once that if you deviate even a little from the recipe, nothing may work out. This is exactly the case when the result is still changing from a change in the places of the terms!
Beat the egg, salt and sugar with a whisk. Then I add warm kefir. It is warm (!) - about 35˚C. Mix again.
Then I pour vegetable oil into the dough.
Now I gradually add the sifted flour. Gradually, not all at once, I mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
I add soda at the very end, when the dough is almost ready (!). The photo shows how the dough "comes to life". In the video above, this can be seen even better))
If necessary, add more flour to the desired consistency and knead the dough well. It should be thick!
I leave the dough on the table for 30 minutes and then do not stir (!). Gently scoop up the dough with a spoon on the edge.
I put it in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
I spread it on a paper towel. Pancakes are always fluffy, always baked well and do not take excess oil!
