So, buckle up in your DeLorean, we have a super spicy, multi-gigawat of electricity burger straight from Hill Valley's 1955 diner. Forward friend, back to the future! Or are you chickened out, McFly? You're not a chicken, are you?! More recipes on my instagram @ kolodin511
Ingredients: chicken fillet, tomato, melted cheese, burger buns, lettuce, Lemon juice, Salt, pepper, Cayenne pepper, Soy sauce, Dried garlic, Mayonnaise, Flour, Vegetable oil, Chili pepper (I have canned jalapeno)
Cooking method:
Cut the chicken breast into 1 cm thick slices along the length. We beat off a little. Put in a bag, fill with marinade of mayonnaise, salt, dry garlic, black pepper, leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
In the meantime, make the sauce and breading. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, a teaspoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of lemon juice, dry garlic, black, cayenne peppers. For breading, mix flour, salt, peppers, garlic. Pour a liter of oil (or plutonium) into a saucepan to get deep fat, accelerate the temperature to 88 miles per hour.
We dip the chicken into the layout without shaking off the marinade and fry it in our deep fat for about 5 minutes. We take it out, put it on napkins to stack excess fat. Putting together a burger: bottom roll, lettuce, sauce, chicken, cheese, tomato and sooo much (You're not chicken, McFly?) Jalapenos, top bun. Ready!
