Boil potatoes, carrots and beets without peeling until tender. Then we cool the vegetables and peel them.
Pickled onions and an apple add flavor to this popular salad. Therefore, before collecting the salad, cut the Yalta onion into cubes, sprinkle with vinegar mixed with water, wrinkle it with your hands several times and set it aside.
Cut the herring and cut into cubes.
Now we take a festive dish, put a detachable form on it, and cover the dish around the form with cling film to keep it clean.
To make the salad airy, it is better to grate the vegetables directly into the mold.
We collect the salad. We rub all vegetables on a coarse grater. Rub the potatoes with the first layer, a thin layer of mayonnaise on top. Next, lay out a layer of herring, and onion squeezed from the marinade on it.
Then put the mayonnaise again and rub the carrots on top. Mayonnaise again, and on top of it are three apples. Put a layer of eggs on the apple, then mayonnaise, beets and mayonnaise.
