Hello friends! Today I am making very simple but very tasty jam muffins and I am happy to share this recipe with you. This recipe was born spontaneously, I didn't know where to put the grated lingonberries with sugar. I tried to make muffins and it turned out so delicious that now I will make jam again in season.

Turn on and preheat the oven to 180-190 ° C degrees.
Prepare the form, because everything else is done very quickly.
I mix flour and baking powder.
In the container where I will knead the dough, break the eggs and mix, add vegetable oil and jam here and mix everything again.
If you want, you can add vanilla sugar, but I don't want to clog the lingonberry flavor.
I pour all the flour here and quickly knead the dough.
As soon as all the products are connected, I stop the batch and lay out the dough in the molds.
I fill the molds about three quarters.
Immediately sending the cupcakes to the oven for 20-25 minutes. I check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
Ready muffins should be allowed to cool slightly and removed from the mold.
For decoration, I like the option of sour cream powdered sugar (I mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar).
