Today I am preparing a delicious potato dish. Fragrant with a crispy crust and a juicy filling inside.
For the filling, I cut fresh herbs. I have green onions and dill.
I knead about 200 grams of cottage cheese with a fork.
Salt cottage cheese, add black ground pepper. Add chopped greens and mix everything.
I rub raw potatoes on a coarse grater directly into a colander (excess liquid will drain down).
Rub the onion on a fine grater directly into the potatoes. The onions will give taste and, and will not allow the potatoes to darken.
Salt and squeeze out the liquid well.
I warm up the frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil. I spread the potatoes, form thin cakes.
I spread the curd filling in the middle.
Top it thinly cover with potatoes.
The bottom of the potato should brown very well, then the "pie" will keep its shape perfectly. I turn it over. As on the other side they are gilded, cover with a lid and bring the potatoes to readiness.
You can serve it to the table! A very tasty aromatic dish with a crispy crust and juicy curd filling with herbs. Potatoes with cottage cheese go perfectly.
Try to cook!
