But there are really a lot of rules and methods. Sometimes you can get confused - after all, one rule can refute another. How to choose the right path here?

Moreover, a bunch of dietary restrictions that are practiced on various diets do not add determination to act.

But the basis of any diet that will work is the presence of a calorie deficit. This is what we need to build on if we want to rid ourselves of the severity of excess weight.

And most importantly, you don't have to give up your favorite products, endure tough restrictions - after all, this is a direct road to a breakdown and subsequent jam.

The slimness formula is actually simple, if you approach the process of losing weight rationally, and this is compliance with your calorie norm and the balance of nutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates).

By controlling the calorie content of food and the balance of BJU, you will achieve results that you never dreamed of and you will forget about hungry diets and conflicting rules.

Believe me, I have never grown so comfortable, satisfying and tasty, and now I can easily maintain a comfortable weight for me.

Sandwiches with fish continue for breakfast. Forgive me, but I can eat them at least every day, especially since it was a long break and I finally bought it.

Homemade sourdough bread (85 g), curd cheese (30 g) and 85 g cold smoked pink salmon with green tea - 425 kcal.

In a reminder of recipes today, cheese cakes and jellied fish pie:

I had a snack of turkey pastroma (100 g) with green tea, and later I ate a banana (120 g) at work. It all came out on 210 kcal.

For dinner, I warmed up 400 g of very lazy cabbage rolls on 300 kcal.

And for the evening I had plans to cook pancakes with an egg and green onions (I cooked a lot of eggs and forgot about them), so for dinner I just boiled dumplings, carefully prepared by me on the weekend days.

My dinner is 150 g of dumplings (frozen weight) with 30 g of sour cream 15%. And I cut myself 200 g of cucumbers to chew something in the evening, because I feel that the desire to chew everything is ripening in me.

Dinner for 405 kcal.

During the day, I ate nuts, because I saw that I would not get fat and calories in a day on the diet that I made for myself. And I love nuts, why not eat them (30 g) - 200 kcal.

The calorie content of my day is 1540 kcal. B - 103, F - 79, U - 104.

The usual diet, right? There are so many of those who predicted to me during the period of losing weight that on such a diet I would never lose weight.

I have lost weight and am keeping weight. And how are those who are still in the captivity of stereotypes? Most likely they are on the next diet.

By the way, who else freezes the twigs from dill and parsley for the winter separately from greens? Do you know why I am doing this?
