Preparing for a festive feast, I never know until the last what I will cook. There is a rough plan, but I am constantly making changes to it. So this time, for the New Year holidays, I wanted to cook salads, which I know well, but in the end I prepared all new ones. This salad is one of them. I collected it from the blanks that were in the refrigerator, in a hurry and came out with a very tasty, piquant and fresh taste.

Meat salad with beans and carrots

Ingredients: boiled beef;, boiled sausage;, smoked sausage;, boiled beans;, (Korean carrots);, a small bell pepper (I took the yellow one);, tomato;, onions (I have red onions), pre-pickled;, Salt, pepper;, cilantro, dill or parsley (optional), Mayonnaise or olive oil (tasty and So)

Cooking method:

Boil the beans in salted water until tender. (salt at the end of cooking). Cut the onion into rings or half rings and marinate in advance (salt + sugar + hot water + vinegar). Cut the meat and sausage into strips or cubes. Remove the liquid middle from the tomato and also cut its solid part into cubes. It's the same with pepper. Finely chop the greens and add the carrots. Salt and pepper, if necessary, to taste.

I didn't salt at all, because the beans, meat, onions and carrots have already come into contact with the salt, plus the mayonnaise is also salty. Season with mayonnaise or olive oil if desired.
