Pumpkin in sour cream sauce. A very unusual and delicious dish. If you don't like pumpkin, then you haven't tried this recipe yet. Preparing quickly and easily. The result is a delicate, piquant and aromatic dish. Even my son loves such a pumpkin, despite the fact that he does not perceive other "pumpkin" recipes at all))
First, I prepare the sauce. To do this, I mix sour cream with chopped herbs and garlic. I add black pepper and paprika, mix. Peel the pumpkin from seeds and peel and cut it into small pieces that will be convenient to eat.
Fry the pumpkin in a small amount of vegetable oil for about five minutes until crust. Fry over high heat. Then I add the sauce and stir. Carcass 2-3 minutes, then add water and salt. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes (until the pumpkin is cooked). The aroma is such that even the neighbors are interested in what I am cooking there))
That's all. The dish is ready! It can be served both as a snack and as a side dish. This is delicious! Both amateurs and even those who do not like pumpkin have never refused such an appetizing, bright, aromatic and unusual dish! Try it - you'll love it!
